Posted 10 months ago

From Maya Harlow, M.S, H.O, MCHES,REHS, Health Officer/Director, Essex County Office of Public Health Management:

"Dear Colleagues,

Over the past six months, the Essex County Office of Public Health Management has directed the  Essex County  Access to Care Feasibility Study (Feasibility Study) to explore ways to increase access to primary and preventative health care in Essex County. We are contracting with Concept Systems, Inc. to implement this study, and are now moving into the third, and final, phase.

The final phase of this study consists of virtual interviews with key representatives of Essex County healthcare entities and community organizations and groups. As such, we invite you to participate in a 25-30 minute interview to provide your opinions and insight on ideas and healthcare access solutions identified during the initial phases of the Feasibility Study. Your input will inform our planning and subsequent efforts going forward.

If you would like to participate in an interview,  please use this Doodle Poll link (https://doodle.com/sign-up-sheet/participate/7f251a58-5f93-4d6e-92a9-ab0d84587785/select) to select one 30-minute timeslot that best fits your schedule.  A Concept Systems, Inc. team member will conduct the interview, and your responses will be confidential. Once you have selected your chosen data and time, you will receive a meeting invitation with Zoom information. If you have questions, or none of the times work for you, please reach out to Cheryl Noble at cnobleconsulting@gmail.com  or Samantha Martinez-Mendoza at smendoza@dchs.essexcountynj.org.

Thank you in advance for your participation. This study will further the Essex County Office of Public Health Management’s understanding of opportunities and pathways to implement sustainable solutions to address healthcare access needs across our county. We value your input!

Sincerely,

Maya Harlow, M.S, H.O, MCHES,REHS
