President: Dr. Cynthia Samuels will be appointed President Elect in February. She will become president in June

Travel Waiver:

NJSSNA is pleased to notify you that our travel waiver application for the 2025 spring conference has been approved by the NJDOE. Please consider joining us on Friday evening and all day  Saturday for an optimal learning and networking experience. The travel waiver is expected to be posted on the NJDOE website within a week. In the meantime, please see the attached letter that can be shared with your administrators for potential reimbursement for hotel accommodations if you live greater than 50 miles from the conference venue. 2025 Excellence in School Nursing Award- Submission due to NASN by March 1 2025. 

Purpose: To publicly recognize school nurses nationwide by annually honoring one School Nurse of the Year from each affiliate who has demonstrated excellence in school nursing practice and leadership in school heath.
