SUCCESS! The NJLRC Final Report supporting the revisions to the epinephrine legislation will be going to the legislators next week!

Posted 9 days ago

Our thanks to Sheila Caldwell, BSN, RN, CSN, FNASN for providing additional resources during the recent public commentary to support the approval of the revisions allowing for alternate methods of epinephrine administration. It was exciting to see the NJLRC members vote to approve the revisions.

"The NJLRC Final Report will be going to the legislators next week!

So, now it’s up to you and any NJ citizens to contact their NJ district legislators to push it through to the governor!

Send an email to your legislators to keep watch for the “NEW JERSEY LAW REVISION COMMISSION’s Final Report Regarding Title 18A and Title 26: Terms Related to Epinephrine Administration and Nursing Titles” and provide reasons why you support it and they should vote in favor of the changes so that the proposed statute amendments can be sent to the governor for signing them into law BEFORE THE CLOSE OF THIS LEGISLATIVE SESSION that ends June 30, 2025!!! We need this to happen in order for schools to be able to order neffy over the summer!
