SIC Reporting for K-12 Schools
This is a reminder that weekly reporting into the CDRSS SIC module continues to be required for all K-12 public and nonpublic schools per Executive Order 302 and Executive Directive No. 21-011. Reporting is done through the Surveillance for Infectious Conditions (SIC) Module in New Jersey’s Communicable Disease Reporting and Surveillance System (CDRSS) as outlined in the K-12 SIC Module User Guide for Schools, which can be found under the Training Tab of the CDRSS website. The module is open for reporting all day on Tuesday each week, closing on Wednesday at 5 p.m. All schools will be required to report their weekly data beginning the week of September 15th, 2025.
