The New Jersey Department of Health (Department) has formally adopted updates to the New Jersey Administrative Code Title 8 - Health, Chapter 57 – Communicable Diseases (N.J.A.C. 8:57). The Department’s Vaccine Preventable Disease Program (VPDP) is providing the attached notice to highlight changes specific to the subchapters 3, 4, and 6, which are part of the broader N.J.A.C. 8:57 adoption.
