The New Jersey Department of Health (Department) has formally adopted updates to the New Jersey Administrative Code Title 8 - Health, Chapter 57 – Communicable Diseases (N.J.A.C. 8:57). The Department’s Communicable Disease Service is providing the attached notice to highlight changes specific to the subchapter 2, section 12 which is part of the broader N.J.A.C. 8:57 adoption.
